Not every internet users are computer geeks and trying to change the host file could be a little tricky on windows vista and windows 7 OS. But aside from this, this is very useful to Adsense publishers to avoid accidental clicking and inflating the page views which could also affect the publisher's earnings. Also, if you have a router at home, you should do this to avoid other computer users (by changing their host files) connected to your router clicking your ads! that will be disastrous! Google thinks it is you, the publisher, is clicking your own ads!

In my line of work I come across all kind of people with weight problems. My advice to them is to try and lose just as much weight as their body allows them to and not a pound more. The obsession of being slim to the point of taking any drug there is in order to do that is pathological and should be treated by a psychiatrist.
